Next Level Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer to join our Duck Creek Development Team. You will design and deliver custom Duck Creek solutions, mentor developers, and help shape technical direction while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software, 4+ with Duck Creek, and strong skills in ManuScript, XML/XSLT, SQL Server, and Agile environments. Flexible, supportive culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with Duck Creek products
• Strong knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform components (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)
• Experience with Duck Creek Server API and ManuScript development
• Proficiency with XML/XSLT and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Postman, JIRA, and source control tools
• Awareness of SDLC and Agile environments
• Experience mentoring developers and leading small teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and configure custom Duck Creek solutions using ManuScript
• Help design scalable solutions aligned with client strategies and future capabilities
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution
• Lead a small team of developers and contribute to project success
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Contribute to planning, design, and continuous improvement of development processes
