Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies in Bolivar, MO is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of OnDemand and OnPrem accounts. You will act as the trusted advisor, drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and ensure customers achieve value from Duck Creek software.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Engineers, SI partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver services, manage risk, and guide customers through go-lives and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of SaaS functional and technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience driving new and expansion sales and software adoption.
• Operational excellence in analytical thinking and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4+ medium/large OnDemand or OnPrem accounts.
• Lead customer success plans and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and internal teams.
• Conduct governance meetings and prepare reports.
• Mentor junior Customer Success Managers.
• Ensure customers adopt latest Duck Creek software.
