Job summary

City of New York is seeking an experienced Analyst with a focus on procurement and contract management to support the Campaign Finance Board. The role emphasizes technology-related solicitations, vendor evaluation, and lifecycle management across divisions to ensure compliant, efficient procurements.

You will collaborate with the SPI division and program staff to define scopes and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PPB Rules, directives and related laws.
• Proficiency with FMS and PASSPort systems.
• Experience with IT/software procurement and licensing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and contract drafting.
• Ability to analyze spend data and prepare forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurements for divisions, including MOUs and large bids.
• Prepare and process requisitions, contracts, and amendments.
• Evaluate tech vendor proposals and licensing terms.
• Develop scopes of work with multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare technology solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) and manage lifecycle.
• Oversee budgets, payments, and contract closeout.
• Ensure compliance with PPB Rules and directives.
• Produce contract spend burn rates and forecasting matrices.
• Use FMS and PASSPort to track procurement actions.
• Generate mandated contract performance reports and audits.
