Job summary

Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) in New York City is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the city’s nonprofit initiatives and complex procurement projects. You will work with diverse internal and external stakeholders to implement plans and improve contract processes, reporting, and governance.

You will coordinate project plans, manage change, and analyze policies and data, delivering timely, high-quality work that advances city contracting reform and efficiency across city agencies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience analyzing policies, data, and contracts in a public sector context.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support nonprofit initiatives like Returnable Grant Fund (RGF) and Indirect Cost Rate (ICR).
• Create project plans and coordinate their execution, including standard operating procedures.
• Provide change management support to internal/external stakeholders, including nonprofits and City offices.
• Research and analyze policies to streamline processes and inform priorities; share findings via briefs.
