EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with clients in the insurance domain. The role provides exposure to technology transformation, delivery, and a broad set of lifecycle activities across product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing and claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across life, annuity, and group benefits.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain (config, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims).
• PM/leadership experience in onshore/offshore delivery with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on platform configuration and integration (APIs, middleware, data migration).
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to executives and large audiences.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, regulatory, and operational needs.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
