EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with insurers. The role spans technology transformation, delivery, and insurance value chain areas including product development, underwriting, policy administration, and claims.

Travel up to 50% may be required. You will mentor teams, promote best practices in Agile/SAFe, and work with on-/off-shore delivery models to drive projects to completion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Life, annuity, or Group benefits.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms.
• Understanding of Life & Annuity value chain.
• Program or project management in on-/off-shore delivery models.
• Hands-on platform configuration and integration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation across stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams for quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, and release management.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
