ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant to join the Expert Services team in the United States.

You will consult with customers, configure ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflow products, and drive adoption and business outcomes through best-practice guidance. You will deliver technical leadership, perform hands-on development with Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and mentor peers while engaging in ongoing knowledge transfer and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience with complex configurations and development on SaaS platforms.
Ability to influence and consult with customers on technical solutions.
Knowledge of Web Technologies and AI-related capabilities.

Responsibilities

Educate others about the ServiceNow platform and create shareable materials.
Be the technical expert on the ServiceNow platform, advising on configurations vs. customizations.
Support Field Service process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops.
Draft and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
Hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and more.
Travel up to 50% annually as required by customer needs.
