Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join the Expert Services team in the United States. You will consult with customers and configure the ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflow products to accelerate business outcomes, including AI-enabled capabilities.

The role demands deep configuration/development experience, strong web technologies, and ServiceNow certifications, with extensive customer-facing leadership and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• At least 7years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies, including integrations and portals.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer service environment, offering options with pros/cons/risks.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO) and SaaS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Educate others about the ServiceNow platform by creating white papers and materials.
• Be the technical expert on the ServiceNow platform, advising customers on configurations vs. customizations.
• Lead workshop-based process definition, gap analysis, and transformation efforts for Field Service workflows.
• Draft and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies for customer solutions.
• Provide training and mentorship to ServiceNow delivery team and partner resources.
