Job summary
MilliporeSigma is seeking a seasoned Customer Applications professional to advance our Tangential Flow Filtration and Clarification businesses across the US Southeast region. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Process Development Scientists to drive adoption and optimize the customer journey.
You will develop regional action plans with Field Marketing and Commercial teams, present technical solutions in person and virtually, and identify strategic growth opportunities from market
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant technical life sciences experience with sales/customer facing background.
- Strong project management skills and 20-30% travel requirement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial partners to drive adoption of TFF/Clarification technologies.
- Develop regional initiatives to grow TFF/Clarification sales.
- Partner with Process Development Scientists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with Field Marketing and Commercial teams on regional action plans.
- Identify strategic opportunities based on market dynamics and customer insights.
- Deliver technical presentations face-to-face and virtually.
- Act as an ambassador for MilliporeSigma to support product range.
