Job summary
MilliporeSigma is seeking a Customer Applications professional to advance Tangential Flow Filtration and Clarification technologies in the US market. You will work with Account Managers and Process Development Scientists to optimize the customer journey, from testing to adoption, across the region.
You will identify market opportunities, develop regional action plans with Field Marketing and Commercial teams, and present technical solutions to customers both in person and virtually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
- 5+ years of technical experience in life sciences with sales/customer-facing experience.
- Strong understanding of downstream processing and biopharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial partners to drive adoption of TFF/Clarification technologies.
- Develop initiatives to enhance regional TFF/Clarification sales.
- Partner with Process Development Scientists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Plan and execute regional actions with Field Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Identify strategic opportunities for market share growth from customer insights.
