Job summary
MilliporeSigma is seeking a senior Customer Applications specialist to advance Tangential Flow Filtration and Clarification technologies in the Southeast US, with a preference for North Carolina. You will partner with commercial teams to grow regional sales and ensure a seamless customer experience from trial to adoption.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of life sciences industry experience with sales or customer facing responsibilities.
- Experience in downstream processing of biopharmaceuticals.
- Strong project management skills; able to manage complex stakeholder projects.
- Willingness to travel 20–30%.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial partners to drive the adoption of TFF/Clarification technologies.
- Develop regional sales initiatives and action plans with Field Marketing.
- Partner with Process Development Scientists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver technical presentations face-to-face and virtually.
- Identify strategic opportunities for market share growth based on customer insights.
- Act as an ambassador for MilliporeSigma and relay customer feedback to leadership.
