Qualifications

- Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- This job is non-exempt in California.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes business issues and defines requirements to design and implement IT solutions aligned with goals.
- Collaborates with team members and leadership to execute or lead technology projects.
- Develops and implements automated system protocols to reduce manual processes.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge in Networking, Audio/Video Protocols, and AI Automation tools.
- May create end-user documentation and deliver training for adoption.
- May monitor milestones to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
- Familiarity with remote access software tools.
