Job summary

Great American Insurance Group's P&C IT Services is hiring an Associate Business Analyst in Cincinnati, OH. This hybrid role supports in-house applications, handles calls, creates and tracks ServiceNow tickets, and collaborates with IT and business customers.

You will use AI tools for ticket summarization and knowledge article drafting, while ensuring accuracy and alignment with policy. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years in Property and Casualty Insurance or IT support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business customers for in-house applications in a call center setting.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and 50 ServiceNow incidents/requests weekly.
• Collaborate with application support teams to restore service and resolve issues.
• Create/update documentation and assist AI-enabled support tools while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain SLA adherence and develop relationships with IT and business partners.
