Great American Insurance Group is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Professional to analyze business issues and define requirements for designing and implementing IT solutions. This role collaborates across teams to drive technology projects in alignment with business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• This position is non-exempt in California.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business issues and defines requirements to design and/or implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborates with team members and leadership to help execute or lead technology projects in alignment with business units.
• Develops and implements automated system protocols that reduce manual processes, increasing operational efficiency and resiliency.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge in Networking, Audio/Video Protocols, and familiarity with AI Automation tools.
• May create end-user documentation and deliver training for successful adoption of new systems.
• May monitor project milestones, phases, and elements to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Familiarity with remote access software tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
