Verily Health seeks a Counsel, Tech, AI, and IP to drive IP risk strategies and negotiate major technology agreements. You will support AI governance across the enterprise and translate evolving AI laws into practical policies.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, are US-licensed, with 6+ years in healthtech licensing, and have strong communication skills to collaborate across healthcare, engineering, and business teams.

Competenze

• JD degree or equivalent education.
• Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of law firm or in-house experience in healthtech transactions and IP licensing.
• Experience drafting complex licensing and technology agreements.

Mansioni

• Negotiate IP, AI, and technology contracts with vendors and partners.
• Provide legal counsel for AI governance, data use, and lifecycle controls.
• Track global AI laws and translate into policies and training.
• Develop IP strategy to support product development and supervise outside counsel.
