Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Services Team Leader to supervise a team of outpatient therapists and interns. You will provide direct clinical supervision, run team meetings, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality services for clients with complex needs.

The role requires LICSW/LCPC/LMFT/LPC in Illinois, at least two years of therapy experience, and a track record in supervision. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule and a focus on trauma-informed care.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Illinois license: LPC, LMHC, LCPC, or LSW
• Minimum two years’ experience in therapy/counseling
• Experience supervising staff preferred
• Ability to supervise interns and coordinate billing/records

Mansioni

• Provide direct clinical supervision and training to staff
• Manage caseload and direct service hours
• Verify billing notes vs. timesheets
• Manage waitlist and coordinate intakes
• Facilitate weekly team consultation
• Provide bio-psychosocial assessments
• Offer client-centered, trauma-informed services
• Develop individualized treatment plans with input
• Advocate for clients with community services
• Maintain documentation for Medicaid and accreditation
• Perform related duties
