Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentors professionals to ensure high performance and growth.
• Manage resources, workload distribution, and performance.
• Create and execute detailed project workplans and delivery standards.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across initiatives.
• Build strong internal partnerships to support project execution.
• Define project scope, tasks, timelines, and budgets; provide financial oversight.
• Oversee detailed requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
