Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, IS, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax tech, or digital transformation.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation initiatives across Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Direct multi-workstream projects from scope to delivery on time and on budget.
• Oversee client onboarding, requirements analysis, process design, configuration, and testing.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and engagements.
