Job summary

Ryan seeks aSenior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines and platforms. You’ll manage large multi-workstream projects, translate business and technical needs into scalable solutions, and drive efficiency and measurable impact.

You will report to a leader within Business Solutions and combine program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to advance Ryan’s transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or tax/digital transformation.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and innovations across Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee functional and technical direction including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding.
• Monitor adherence to timelines and budgets; communicate variances proactively.
• Develop master project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships.
