Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to drive technology-enabled implementations and innovations across our service lines and proprietary platforms. You will oversee large client and internal projects from scope to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with measurable value.

Reporting to a Business Solutions leader, this role blends program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to advance our digital transformation goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives across Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and measurable financial impact.
• Manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery, on-time and on-budget.
