Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across Ryan’s service lines and platforms. You will manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams in building, testing, and monitoring technology and automation solutions.
• Defines project scope, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining disciplined financial oversight.
• Oversees functional and technical direction of projects, including detailed requirements analysis, process design, configuration, system integration, testing, deployment, and client onboarding.
• Maintains master project resource plans and supports billing, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
• Maintains strong client relationships, responds to inquiries, and participates in proposals, engagement agreements, and onsite meetings.
