Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations that support the firm’s service lines and proprietary platforms. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, drive operational efficiency, and manage large client and internal programs from scope through delivery.

You will report to a leader within Business Solutions and help advance Ryan’s digital transformation and innovation objectives while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations and digital transformations.
• Experience in tax technology projects and client-facing engagements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs with financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives across Ryan’s service lines.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope to delivery on time and budget.
• Oversee governance, risk, and quality controls across initiatives.
