Job summary

The Senior Manager, Business Solutions at Ryan leads complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines, proprietary platforms, and enterprise strategy. This role manages large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to a leader within Business Solutions, this role combines program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformations.
• Experience in consulting, data management, process improvement, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven success managing complex multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementations and tax technology projects to completion.
• Define scope, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with financial oversight.
• Oversee technical direction, requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, and onboarding.
• Support data products and automation platforms within the assigned practice.
• Maintain governance, deliverables, and client relationships across engagements.
