Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations that support Ryan’s service lines, proprietary platforms, and enterprise strategy. You will manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality outcomes.

The role translates business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency, client value, and measurable financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities
