Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations that support its service lines and platforms. You will manage large client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes that drive efficiency and measurable impact.

Reporting to a Business Solutions leader, this role blends program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to advance Ryan’s digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in consulting, data management, or tax-related environments is favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation initiatives across service lines.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for multiple projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, выг scalable solutions.
• Guide cross-functional teams, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client value.
