Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. seeks a Senior Principal Implementation Consultant with deep ONESOURCE Direct Tax expertise. You’ll lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery across multiple US locations, working remotely. Proficiency with AI, Power Automate, and tax automation is essential.

Responsibilities include building proofs-of-concept, collaborating with product and sales teams, and mentoring colleagues while driving growth and efficiency in tax workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting (preferred)
• 10+ years in professional services implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax
• Hands-on AI experience to build customer solutions
• Expert knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision processes and ONESOURCE modules
• Experience with data integration and automations for tax workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects
• Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery
• Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews and scope remediation
• Build quick proofs-of-concept using AI to demonstrate future state
• Develop repeatable tools and automations to improve efficiency and profitability
• Drive expansion opportunities and mentor colleagues

Education

Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting
