UHY LLP in Missouri seeks a Tax Principal to drive the growth and excellence of our tax practice. You will lead strategic tax planning, manage high-level client relationships, and shape innovative tax strategies in a premier advisory environment.

You will oversee engagement progress, budgets, and deadlines while mentoring a team of seasoned professionals. Travel and regulatory excellence are core to delivering value to our middle-market clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA licensed.
• CPA license and 10+ years of relevant experience in tax leadership at a CPA firm or professional services environment.
• Advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop cutting-edge tax planning strategies leveraging industry insights.
• Oversee preparation of tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage engagements, budgets, and deadlines with strategic oversight.
• Lead client meetings, foster high-level relationships, and tailor tax strategies to client goals.
• Mentor and guide tax professionals to promote growth and excellence.
• Drive process improvements to enhance tax workflows and quality control.
• Lead firm business development and proposal activities to expand services.
