You will manage scope, timelines, and delivery while driving process improvements, repeatable tools, and profitability. This role emphasizes deep tax automation and client impact.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in professional services implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax.
• Hands-on AI (Claude) used to build customer solutions.
• Expert in ASC 740 tax provision, ONESOURCE Tax Provision/DataFlow/APIs.
• Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME for automations.
• Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel tax workbooks.
• Bachelor's in taxation or accounting; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Scope projects with Product, Sales, and Customer teams.
• Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, delivery.
• Conduct Best Practice Reviews, present recommendations, and scope remediation.
• Build quick proofs-of-concept that show customers the future state.
• Use AI to develop repeatable tools, processes, and practices.
• Drive expansion opportunities.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Act as trusted advisor and point of contact for clients.
• Share best practices and mentor colleagues.
