Job summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Principal Implementation Consultant to lead complex ONESOURCE Direct Tax implementations across multiple US locations and remote engagements. You will work directly with AI tools, Power Automate, and data automation to design, scope, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
The role demands 10+ years of experience in professional services, strong communication, and deep tax provision expertise.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in professional services or similar, implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI to build customer solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in taxation or accounting; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects.
- Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery.
- Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews and scope remediation.
- Build quick proofs-of-concept showing future state.
- Use AI to develop repeatable tools and processes for efficiency and profitability.
- Drive expansion opportunities and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Serve as trusted advisor and mentor colleagues.
