Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, corporate tax, public accounting, or tax technology with familiarity with ONESOURCE Direct Tax
• Solid working knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision processes
• Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision, ONESOURCE Income Tax, ONESOURCE Workpapers, Data Import, or DataFlow
• Experience with ONESOURCE APIs and automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME)
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel capabilities
• Curiosity and initiative using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in work
• Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the configuration, implementation, and delivery of ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions
• Support customer engagements by gathering requirements, documenting designs, and delivering assigned work on time
• Build quick proofs-of-concept and automations that show customers what’s possible
• Use AI and automation tools to create reusable tools and processes that improve efficiency
• Support Best Practice Reviews and help identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technology partners
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently
• Build strong customer relationships and be a dependable point of contact
• Keep learning and share what you learn with the team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent
