Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Consultant for Professional Services to deliver ONESOURCE Direct Tax implementations. You will work hands-on with AI tools, Power Automate, and BI dashboards to configure and deliver tax solutions for clients.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and build proofs‑of‑concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, corporate tax, public accounting, or tax technology.
• Working familiarity with ONESOURCE Direct Tax.
• Solid knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision processes.
• Hands-on experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision or ONESOURCE Income Tax.
• Experience with ONESOURCE Workpapers, Data Import, or DataFlow.
• Experience with ONESOURCE APIs, Power Automate, and BI tools.
• Strong Excel skills including Power Query and dynamic arrays.
• Curiosity and initiative using AI tools (e.g., Claude).
• Bachelor's degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and deliver ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions.
• Support customer engagements by gathering requirements and documenting designs.
• Deliver assigned work on time and build proofs-of-concept and automations.
• Use AI and automation tools to create reusable tools and processes.
• Support Best Practice Reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently.
• Build strong customer relationships and be a dependable contact.
