Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting for information reporting and transaction taxes.
• Oversee performance indicators, ensure on-time delivery, and manage engagement economics.
• Coordinate with client leaders and international delivery teams to drive quality and efficiency.
