Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Tax Operations leader for the US market, focusing on information reporting and withholding across financial services sectors. You will lead a tax operations team, drive data prep, reporting, and client interactions while maintaining standardized processes and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across workstreams.
• Ensure standardized processes and provide training where needed.
• Support client audits with documentation of current processes.
• Drive efficiency and manage engagement risk.
