Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Tax Operations Lead to manage data preparation, reporting, and client delivery within the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTORS) team. The role focuses on NRA withholding, FATCA, and related tax operations across financial services sectors.

You will drive team performance, guide analysts, and ensure compliance with budget and quality standards, with travel up to 20%. A CPA/EA or attorney qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team, manage data preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and leadership; monitor KPIs and delivery.
• Ensure standardized processes for tax operations and training as needed.
• Support internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Manage engagement risk and budget alignment for engagements.
