Job summary

EY is seeking a senior tax operations professional to lead the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTORS) team in the US. You will oversee data preparation and reporting, coordinate with clients, and drive delivery while managing risk and engagement economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; proficiency in tax accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead of tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting and filings.
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients and review KPIs by work stream.
• Drive on-time delivery, manage engagement economics and staff development.
• Provide visibility to leadership on status, issues, and risk; escalate as needed.
• Ensure standardized processes for tax operations and support audits.
