Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business, tax, law or economics.
• CPA/EA/attorney licensure preferred or required.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience in tax/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team; manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting, filings and related activities.
• Oversee team performance, schedules, quality, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with domestic and international delivery leads; manage budgets and engagement risk.
