EY is seeking a senior tax operations leader to manage data preparation, reporting, and filings for US and global information reporting engagements within the Financial Services Organization. You’ll lead multi-stream work, drive process improvements, and collaborate with domestic and international teams.

The role involves ensuring service quality, managing budgets, and mentoring tax professionals while traveling up to 20% of the time.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business, tax, law, or economics.
• Minimum 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney required.
• Ability to prioritize, handle and track multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience drafting business requirements, process flows and rules matrices.
• Change management, operations and process improvement experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; tax accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, report submission, and filings.
• Oversee team performance, KPI tracking, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate training and development of team members.
• Ensure standardized processes and risk management across engagements.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
