Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader in its Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTORS) group to drive multi‑stream tax information reporting initiatives for financial services clients in the US. You will lead a team delivering data preparation, reporting and filings while partnering with clients to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires 8+ years of operational delivery, CPA/EA or attorney credentials, and strong leadership, communication and process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to draft business requirements and process diagrams.
• Change management and process-improvement experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, reporting, and filings.
• Oversee performance metrics and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
• Coach and develop team members and manage engagement risk.
• Coordinate training and standardize processes across operations.
• Support client audits with documentation of current processes.
• Travel 20% or less.
