EY is seeking a seasoned Tax Operations leader to head the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTORS) team in the US. You will drive data prep, report submission, and tax filings across financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to draft/design business requirements, process flow diagrams and rules matrices.
• Change management, operations and process improvement experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting and filings.
• Oversee team performance, deadlines and client expectations.
• Coordinate training and development of team members.
• Ensure standardized processes for tax operations and drive efficiency.
