Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions, set timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and mentor team members, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Support client audits with documentation of current processes and controls.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
