EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role offers flexibility in office location with a potential for full remote work.

You will oversee multiple client engagements, lead tax planning for UHNW individuals, and contribute to business development and staff growth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of tax experience, CPA or EA, and a strong track record in tax compliance and complex returns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns
• Recent Public Accounting experience
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required
• Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and oversee engagement status and deadlines.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Provide proactive tax planning insights to clients and support meetings and presentations.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify risks and improve profitability.
• Coach, train, recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff performance.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
• Participate in business development and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and coordinate across the firm for high-quality delivery.
