Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics required; Masters preferred.
• CPA, attorney or IRS Enrolled Agent is required or equivalent.
• Five+ years tax experience with supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Lead ASC 740/FAS 109 FIN 48 tax accruals and tax provision discussions with clients.
• Coordinate budgeting, staffing, and billing; manage client expectations and relationships.
• Provide written tax advice and participate in business development within tax specialization areas.
• Supervise and train associates and senior associates on tax engagements.
