Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of prior relevant tax experience.
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice) or EA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics; Master's in Taxation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and minimize client burdens while ensuring firm policy adherence.
• Review tax issues with clients; coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Plan for early recognition of material tax and compliance issues with clients/partners.
