BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Core Tax Services Senior Manager in the United States to advise clients on tax implications of business objections and to minimize tax burdens and compliance costs. The role includes resolving federal/state tax issues, providing strategic guidance, and serving as the primary client contact for complex matters.

The position also supports regional leadership, marketing, and business development while maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing tax provision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics is required (Master's preferred).
• CPA/Attorney/EA or equivalent is preferred or required depending on role.

Responsabilités

• Supervises associates and senior associates on all projects.
• Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review comments.
• Trains Associates and Seniors how to use all current software tools.
• Acts as a Career Advisor to associates and senior associates.
• Schedules and manages workload of associates and senior associates.
• Provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates and senior associates.
• Leadership in tax planning, compliance, and client advisory across ASC 740 topics.
