BDO USA is seeking a Core Tax Services Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications, lead complex tax issues, and manage a team across tax disciplines. You will steer risk assessment, ASC 740 application, and tax strategy development while enhancing client relationships and firm leadership involvement.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, coaching on research, and delivering sophisticated tax solutions with executive presence and client communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
• Eight (8) or more years of prior tax experience in public accounting, private industry, or consulting
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or EA required

Mansioni

• Supervises associates and senior associates on all projects
• Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review comments
• Trains Associates and Seniors how to use all current software tools
• Acts as a Career Advisor to associates and senior associates
• Schedules and manages workload of associates and senior associates
• Provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates and senior associates
