EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, mentors staff, and drives business development with strong leadership. Flexible office location with the option to work fully remote.

The ideal candidate will have extensive high-net-worth tax experience, CPA or EA certification, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality tax planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience is preferred.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team, foster client relationships, and collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact and support meetings and presentations.
• Monitor engagement budgets and identify margin risks to improve profitability.
• Mentor staff and contribute to recruiting and performance evaluations.
• Utilize tax technology and data tools to improve service delivery.
• Participate in business development and client relationship expansion.
• Stay current on tax law changes and coordinate across the firm.
