EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for its Private Client Services (PCS) practice, with the flexibility of office location and the option to work fully remote. The role oversees high-net-worth tax engagements, develops client relationships, and leads staff while coordinating tax planning, compliance, and firm-wide initiatives.

The position emphasizes leadership, business development, and mentoring, with a focus on delivering precise, proactive tax planning and scalable service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance for complex returns.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage multiple client engagements with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact and support meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization and team utilization to improve profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to staff.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve service delivery.
• Participate in business development and proposal efforts.
• Stay current on tax law changes and coordinate across the firm.
