EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) group. This role oversees tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth clients, with leadership responsibilities, business development, and staff mentoring.

Flexible office location and the option for full remote work are offered. The ideal candidate has a strong background in tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals, plus leadership and client management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field required.
• CPA certification required; IRS Enrolled Agent beneficial.
• Public accounting experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tax engagements for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Oversee planning, compliance, and timely delivery of tax returns.
• Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact for proactive tax planning insights.
• Support business development and expand client relationships.
• Mentor and coach staff; assist in recruiting and performance reviews.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and engagement profitability.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay current on tax law changes and firm standards.
