EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, leading tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, and fosters growth through business development and recruitment efforts.

The position offers flexible office location with the option to work fully remote, supporting leadership development and client service excellence in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience serving high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience with complex returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and maintain strong client relationships with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Primary review of complex tax returns ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact and provide proactive tax planning insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation support for staff.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in business development efforts and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
