Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) team. You will oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra‑high net worth individuals, supervise staff, and contribute to business development. The role offers flexibility in location, with a path to remote work.

You will lead client engagements, ensure technical accuracy, and collaborate across the firm to deliver high‑quality service while developing a strong team culture and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high‑net‑worth individuals.
• 8+ years tax compliance experience with complex technical returns.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra‑high net worth individuals.
• Apply knowledge of hedge fund K‑1, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as primary client contact and support client meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and improve profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and development support to staff and assist recruiting.
• Leverage tax technology to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
• Actively participate in business development and proposals.
• Stay current on tax law changes and coordinate with the firm.
